I'm thinking of re-building my business as follows;
My ‘new’ mission in my business
My 'new' mission is ‘bring the RE:volution’ to expand the world.Secondlife must be always changed itself.because it must be expanded for their development.But now it doesn’t seem to be changed because the residents always gather with the same,who have same natinonaliy,language and so on.
We’d like to shake our hands,but we have much difference – it makes us so much annoyed when we are to shake.There are much discussion about it but We haven’t find the good way to shake..SO,We'll have to find the good way and offer it to all the residents –it’s RE:VOLUTION!
My business plan
My business plan as follows;
1.Language business
2.Promotion business
My business focus on the Japanese residents because their population is second place in the residentsThey’re not good at speaking non-mother tongue and hesitate to communicate to some other residents.Some of them have noticed they need to communicate to some others to expand ‘the world’I’ll help them to bring the RE:VOLUTION to their residents!
Language business(belief)
It’s too difficult for Japanese to have another mother tongue.Some of them engage this business,but many of their students seem to be retired because their learning plan is like the plan for ‘examination’So I decide to establish the community for learning English.in the community,I want to make them to feel free to speak English.and I invite many spoken English so that they could learn English easily.I only establish the community and not so strictly manage - I welcome the donation for it.
Promotion Business(belief)
Many of Japanese residents want to have shops at foreign shopmall.Many of ‘foreigner residents’ want to have a business with Japanese, - holding the live events,selling their products.But Japanese are not good at speaking and don’t know how to do business at Foreign SIM.so don’t foreigners know at Japanese SIM.I’m going to promote between them to win the business and expand their world.I now think of the charge for their promotion as reward for the success of their business.
The plan for the sale of my business
It’s under construction…..
I have to investigate the market for my business in detail because there are many problems of my sale as follows;
1.Japanese don’t have a habit to pay the service;something like ‘tips’.
2.It’s not valuable for Japanese there are translators for them because some of them think trans-machine is useful to speak.(so is in RL…)
To open my business
To open my business I’m going to request to all the residents for information and proposal.(You know,those are called ‘RFI(Request for Information)’ or ‘RFP(Request for Proposal).My business is opened for all the residents,so they can apply for the RFI and RFP.

btw,i ve overheard someone s conversation...they said,when a foreign person talk to them (for instance,ask the way to somewhere) ,they can answer it in english but they dont.coz they think that it would be shameful if "a japanese who can speak english" is hearing this conversation.
it made me sad...and i was certain that japanese people who think "speaking english is cool" make japanese seclution worse as you said.
excuse my terrible english,but i wanted to illustrate terrible english would be good rether than say nothing:))
